None. Please don’t rent here, big mistake.
Cons
Power shortage 5/6 times in the day, worse in the summers. Place smells like sewer and a big roach invasion. Roaches come from the landlord’s apartment from the first level to your apartment. She’s extremely nosy and sends random men from the corner store to fix things in the apartment. She raises rent but fixes nothing.
Advice to the owners
Do not rent here. She plays victim like a old lady who needs help and is polite but it’s all an act .
