    Cramped Apartment with Nonstop issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to 2/5 trains and downtown area
    Cons:
    Loud neighbors, dogs that bark all the time
    Smell of smoke, weed and alcohol in hallways
    Leaks from tenants using illegal washing machine upstairs
    Have to shower at certain times to get proper hot water
