    Shell companies. Deposit not returned / Scam

    Pros:
    Apartment was to good to be true. It wasnt finished when we arrived Joe Fisher. Was a big talker trying to be friend and kept asking for a deposit to hold the unit. very persistent. He never returned the deposit after we told him we were no longer interested in the unit.
    Cons:
    15min walk from the train. Laundry unit advertised is not installed. Company is super shady theres no real office. Leasing / land contact not provided its also a shell company.
    Advice to owner:
    Be honest.
