    Nothing the landlord is a slumlord
    Cons:
    Illegal Conversion: Shared Meter Renting out illegal rooms used address as a commercial warehouse to get a PPP LOAN FOR A FAKE PAYROLL THAT NEVER EXSISTED
    Advice to owner:
    Never ever be someone’s landlord and stop stealing
