Pros:
Stores such as deli, supermarket, family dollar are close by.
Cons:
The block is not the safest. Some shootings and drug exchange. The previous owner of this building name Kia Skelton and Avery Headley are not good landlords at all. Very unprofessional, rude, and malicious. Pest needs to be handle as well. Train station 5 long blocks away. Kia also bribed neighbors to do what she wanted as well. Do not ever rent from her or her husband! I warned you.
Advice to owner:
Be kind, be very professional, make sure to get things done on timely matter.
