    Great new apartment but will have issues down the line
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    This apartment was built super recently, so the amenities and units are pretty sparkly clean. It has a convenient location, and for elevator and laundry in unit it's a pretty competitive rent. The lighting is great in my room although it's north facing, because of the light reflected from the building across. Cleaning crew is amazing!!
    Cons:
    Unresponsive management -- we have multiple open requests for fixing things (door knobs etc) and have NEVER heard back from them. There is a suspected leak in the bathroom ceiling. Probably not an issue during our lease term, but in a few years this building will have been very poorly kept. The lighting in the living room and one of my roommates' room isn't ideal because it's courtyard facing.
    Not an issue from my unit but a handful of people in the building group chat have complained about rats, and that the management was difficult to track down with regards to pests.
    Advice to owner:
    Please please respond in a timely manner
