large spacious units, well maintained, quiet.
only close to the 2, 5 line. and the 5 doesn't run on weekends or late nights in BK. if you plan to be in manhattan often, especially uptown, it will always take 40+ min to subway home. didn't love the walk to the park, didn't feel safe at night alone as a woman.
