Needs renovation and Thomas is not a man of his word
Pros
Big living room, back yard and two entrances
Cons
House lacks proper insulation, the walls had pest in it, central air was terrible and expensive, small bedroom, small shower and Thomas is not trust worthy.
Advice to the owners
Fix the insulation, it is very cold in the winter. The walls were freezing. Fix the central air, it's not very efficient. Your walls had mice, roaches, squirrels and birds in the roof. That's just ridiculous. Do the inspection for the security deposit with the renter... don't sneak in after we moved out and make up stories. Thanks
