Beautiful big windows, lots of natural light.
Cons
Cheap one man show that doesn’t care about the tenants living here. We have consistent pest issues and cleanliness issues all through the building and apartments. Management never proactively solves anything, it wasn’t until we made a pest complaint that they started pest control for a select few apartments. The rent is too high for the way the laundry machines are always out of order (2 washers and dryers for the entire building).
