Good building, but new builds so shortcuts taken

Pros:
Building is a new build building, first tenants moved in around Jan 2021. Nice features, big backyard
Cons:
I think they cut corners when they built it. Weird electrical- almost all the sockets in the bedrooms are connected to the light switches. Con edison is ridiculously high! some winter months bill got to $830.
