Disgusting, unprofessional & appalling!

It seemed to be a newer building
Cons:
Property management company is the worst. Unprofessional, rude & tried to intimidate us. The project manager said Harry has been aware of everything. Harry is the worst. No hot water currently, no stove until 7 days ago, no refrigerator for my first month. My hot water has never been consistent. I’ve still paid my rent monthly but only half until everything was received and fixed. To find out from a plumber the units hot water heater has sparked and caught on fire. This was going on before I even moved into the unit. & now want me to pay my rent in full with everything on the lease so they can repair what was already terribly damaged.
Advice to owner:
Get it together!
