Dirty building, wish they would clean.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garbage management isn’t bad.
Cons:
The heat will be strong in some rooms, but not all. They don’t clean the building. Some one might mop the floor once every blue moon, and that’s about it. The floor goes from being able to see the marble or black and white tile floors, to dark and dingy grossness. They don’t respect your time when it comes to maintenance. No update on if they’re actually coming or not, so if you called out of work for them to work on your place, you might end up having to call out of work another day as well.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building, it’s gross.
