Difficult and Dangerous
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was one of the few apartments I lived in that had no mice problems. Neighbors are very nice for the most part.
Cons:
Landlord very unresponsive to the multiple issues we’ve had with the place.
Advice to owner:
Respond to 311 complaints promptly.
