Do not Rent this property!!!

Easy access to main streets Crime is low
Non responsive landlady and associate No door bell Smelly hall way No promise made verbally are full filled. Angry landlady who discriminate and disrespectful Landlady and associate are lovers of money than...providing comfortable living to tenants. Harassing landlord and associate Constantly Leaking roof Hardly want to give proper heat. Rodents runs daily in the roof Slow water pressure in bath Landlord pressures tenant to leave without reason Thin skin landlady and very unprofessional No lease is guaranteed after one year Many violations by city unattended to Poor communication Violate tenants privacy
Advice to owner:
Fix violations and refund tenant for inconveniences Proper communication in every sense of the word. Be Respectfully to people who pay you rent even when they had no job/pandemic Fix properly before renting Take management course Seek help with harassment issue Seek anger management counseling Stop violating tenant rights and privacy
