Rodents runs daily in the roof Slow water pressure in bath Landlord pressures tenant to leave without reason Thin skin landlady and very unprofessional No lease is guaranteed after one year Many violations by city unattended to Poor communication Violate tenants privacy
Advice to the owners
Fix violations and refund tenant for inconveniences Proper communication in every sense of the word. Be Respectfully to people who pay you rent even when they had no job/pandemic Fix properly before renting Take management course Seek help with harassment issue Seek anger management counseling Stop violating tenant rights and privacy
