Pros:
You have the freedom to do what you want which is not necessarily a good thing but the most I can say
Cons:
My super pulled a machete on me, and the owners refuse to address issues inside the building. Multiple residents have complained about leaks, but they only provide quick fixes and don’t follow up. The management is unprofessional, leaving letters at doors instead of using email portals. There’s negligence in handling important matters, like stolen mail, and they refuse to update fire alarms despite several injuries in the building.
Advice to owner:
I would advise the owner to prioritize clear communication, address maintenance issues with long-term solutions, and follow up with tenants. Caring for tenants as they would their own home, using email portals for communication, and promptly addressing safety concerns like fire alarms will improve trust and create a safer, more positive living environment.

Pros:
Recently cleaned up the outside so it looks like people actually live there and not animals.
Cons:
Communication is absolute hell. They cut corners with all repairs. Subpar is their middle name.
