You can find better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing ... people that have moved in recently brought the building down
Cons:
Super isn’t good, trash disposable is horrible , rarely clean hallways
Advice to owner:
No advice , it’s clear he just collects rent and doesn’t give a shit about the building
