Expensive but eh
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new. Newly built building
Cons:
Far too expensive for east Flatbush!
Advice to owner:
Stairs are too steep. The price was insane for a small apartment. 3 bedroom felt like a 1 bedroom.
