Sadly, not great.

Pros:
Great location, close to the park, pet friendly.
Cons:
When I first moved in, the refrigerator didn’t work, leaving me without a functional way to store food. I discovered that my stove was home to mice — I spent the entire winter battling a constant mouse infestation.

Unfortunately, the rodent problem wasn’t the only pest issue. The apartment was also overrun with cockroaches. On some days, I was forced to kill upwards of ten roaches just to maintain some level of cleanliness. Despite repeated complaints, these issues were never adequately addressed.
Several neighbors were also rushed to the ER because we were exposed to a carbon monoxide leak for a week.

It’s a nice building.

Pros:
Great location. Nice neighbors. Apartments are a nice size.
Cons:
Stairs are really uncomfortable. There are roaches and mice and sometimes you can hear rats on the walls. Pest control is at a minimum.
Advice to owner:
Treat pest control more seriously.
