It’s a nice building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Nice neighbors. Apartments are a nice size.
Cons:
Stairs are really uncomfortable. There are roaches and mice and sometimes you can hear rats on the walls. Pest control is at a minimum.
Advice to owner:
Treat pest control more seriously.
