    - elevators - trash pickup clean - laundry room clean - bike room - prompt maintenance - very warm heaters -
    Cons:
    - hazardous heating poles - plumbing issues - bath, sink don't drain well - lots of noise upstairs
    Advice to owner:
    fix plumbing problems

    Rented a room here.

    Clean building. Never had any trouble here honestly.
    Cons:
    If you’re on the side of the building farthest from the street you’ll get subway noise.
