Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent renters praise 115 Ocean Avenue for its unbeatable location near Prospect Park, convenient access to transportation, and spacious apartments, many of which are rent-stabilized. The building offers laundry facilities and a generally clean lobby. Neighborly interactions tend to be positive, and water pressure is commonly rated strong. However, challenges persist with inconsistent management responsiveness, occasional pest issues, noise levels, and package theft linked to a frequently damaged front door. Maintenance delays and cleanliness concerns in some units were noted, along with dissatisfaction toward certain building staff. Renters advise improved security measures, maintenance responsiveness, and better common area access to enhance living experience.
