    Liveable, but not great

    Pros:
    Location, not too many tenants, hallways cleaned regularly
    Cons:
    Packages likely to be stolen, weed smell from neighbors, loud on Flatbush facing units, landlord doesn’t fix issues properly and seems annoyed when contacted
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive and take care of the issues reported, or hire a property manager or super
