    Amazing building and great staff.

    Pros:
    Clean, all the amenities, great management team and easy to get in contact with, and the building’s super is always prompt and responsive.
    Cons:
    Only con is the rent cost, it’s quite high.
    Advice to owner:
    Consider decreasing the cost of rent.

    Great building to live in

    Pros:
    Building is very well maintained. Super lives in building and is very responsive. You submit issues through an online portal and someone usually comes same day.
    Cons:
    The online property management portal has changed a few times and the new portal can be a little buggy.
