    Water frequently out, thin walls and ceilings, management ignores requests for repairs, leaks, roaches, trash kept in halls,

    few outlets, floors falling apart, no WD or dishwasher, uncomfortable experiences with super, popcorn walls, leaks
    Advice to owner:
    upgrade the building and the unit if you're going to be raising the rent each year
