My favorite apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bedrooms in front and back of the apartment were decently sized. The brick was beautiful. It was relatively peaceful and quiet. Close to the park. The rent was affordable. It was clean. Management answered rather quickly, particularly if you reached out to the building manager.
Cons:
New management was a little disorganized. There was no lighting from windows in the living-room area.
Advice to owner:
Keep up keeping the apartment building. It’s a beautiful building and was my favorite apartment I’ve had.

Nice apartments, great area, responsive landlord.
Cons:
Walls/ceilings are thin and neighbors can be heard.

Responsive Super and Landlord
Laundry in building
Close to grocery store, park, and subway
Cons:
Inconsistent heat
Bugs all over laundry room floor
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive with issues in the building. Ie: check the heater before the coldest months of the year to ensure it is working
