    Pros:
    Rent stabilized, building clean, noise is minimal, convenient to shops & public transport.
    Cons:
    Occasional cockroaches, but it’s NYC. Just keep up with regular spraying and maintenance with Diatomaceous Earth, and their appearances are minimal.
