Do not rent here.

Pros

Beautiful space with great light & great location, if you can stand to work with the scum of the earth.

Cons

An absolutely terrible experience front to back with this landlord. No heat, no AC, no pest control, and slapdash construction in this "fresh remodel" that was absolutely only done to jack up rent.. it looked like we were getting a sweet deal, but we absolutely did not. Landlord refuses to answer texts or calls for ANY reason and cannot be reached unless 311 gets involved. We literally froze under 10-degree temps in the apartment and he could still not be assed to pick up the phone. There are more than 100 311 strikes against him FOR A REASON... I'm really looking forward to living out the rest of my lease with ear-splitting construction noise and music so loud it shakes our floors, not to mention the constant screaming in the stairwell. Not worth any of the more than 3K we spend a month to live here.. RENT ELSEWHERE.

Landlords should be ashamed

Pros

Friendly neighbors, great bustling location.

Cons

Slumlord landlords. Left huge violations open and frequently left the building with no heat or hot water. They wanted to purposely cycle through tenants to push the building out of rent stabilization so that they could sell it for more money.
