    Spacious units, noisy block
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super is great and the landlord quickly addressed all our concerns. Prospect Park is at a 10 minute walk
    Cons:
    Noisy neighbors across the street
    Advice to owner:
    Install storm door at the entrance
