Terrible Management, Roaches, Bed Bugs

Pros:
Good location because it's close to the park. Laundromat is close by.
Cons:
Management was terrible and illegally raised rent above what is legal for rent-stabilized units. They then refused to reimburse us when we realized. They refused to pay for bed bug and roach extermination, even though the whole building was infested. They did not report on bed bug incidents. The ceiling would leak in the middle of the apartment when it rained - management refused to fix this, as well.
Advice to owner:
It's not worth it. Management are crooks and the place is full of roaches, bed bugs, and water damage. I would look elsewhere - there are plenty of apartments a block from the park in the area.
