    Decent building, but it really depends…

    - Super keeps in clean
    - Friendly neighbors for the most part
    - Rent stabilized
    Cons:
    - noisy neighbors/ music super loud
    - heating needs work

    Specious apartments, heat is impeccable
    Cons:
    Recently so many mice inside the apartments!

    Take care of the mice problem!

    The old super kept the building clean. Sweeping and mopping every Sunday.

    New Supers haven’t been as clean.
