Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 135 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, highlight a generally clean and rent-stabilized building with spacious apartments. Tenants appreciate the efforts of the superintendent in maintaining cleanliness and the building's good heating system. However, noise from neighbors and inconsistent owner responsiveness have been concerns. Pest control seems to fluctuate, with some reports of mice issues. Water pressure is decent, though cold water delivery occasionally delays. Suggestions for management include improving communication, addressing pest problems, maintaining consistent cleanliness, and tackling noise disturbances to enhance residents' satisfaction. Overall, it offers solid living conditions with room for management improvements.

A Decent apartment.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Current Superintendent has done a good job keeping the building clean as well as constant checkups on the apartment.
Cons:
Wish they would something about the disruptive neighbors near my apartment. It actually takes awhile for the cold water to actually get cold.
Advice to owner:
To please fix whatever issue the sink has with water taking a little while to get cold. Otherwise it's been fine living here.
