Decent building, but it really depends…

- Super keeps in clean - Friendly neighbors for the most part - Rent stabilized
Cons:
- noisy neighbors/ music super loud - heating needs work

Recently so many mice inside the apartments!

The old super kept the building clean. Sweeping and mopping every Sunday.

New Supers haven’t been as clean.
