Pros:
it was brand new when we moved in and the landlord was very responsive with the early issues such as internet, windows etc.
Cons:
some tenants were really inconsiderate (loud marijuana parties, leaving personal stuff at the corridors) and the building exhaust wasn't on. If you are facing the street, it is very loud.

crack down on unacceptable and unsafe behaviour
