    Pros:
    Relatively clean, pretty chill and safe environment, friendly neighbors
    Cons:
    package thefts, someone smoking weed in the staircase

    Fine little apartment, but not the best

    Pros:
    In building laundry, spacious and nice water pressure, elevator and cage for boxes, close to the Q train
    Cons:
    Pests! And the neighbors are not always fun to deal with, gets super noisy during the night at times, ceiling caved in and management didn't care
