Live in super is very nice and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and elevator in building.
Heating in winter was poor, management was poor at responding to concerns. Possibly heard rodents in walls.
Be more attentive towards tenants please.

in a ground floor unit, one bedroom that only had a small window into the courtyard had an issue with dampness/humidity, and the back wall of the closet developed mold. the super and management didn't properly eliminate the issue by removing and repairing the drywall – they just painted over it (with killz or some similar product)
