Great if you don't mind dodging rats and cranky owners
Pros
Was a good deal at the time, great location block away from the park. Nice sized kitchen and common rooms
Cons
Rats rats rats (never inside thank God) always around the trash, infesting the understairs area. Basement was very very cold. Owner dragged his feet on a lot of things. Office communication was so so. Just plain amateur, run like an afterthought. Too many other properties
