it's fine but definitely consider your needs
Pros
the apartment itself is on the bigger end compared to most. the area is nice, right by the park and subway station. trash management and building cleanliness has gotten a lot better as well.
Cons
package theft. mice. no heat. management is not very responsive. issues reported in the first week of moving in continue to be an issue many months later still
