spacious apartment, very close to the park

nice spacious lobby, live-in super, steps from propsect park
Cons:
lots of rats in the trash room

Stay away - management is terrible + the building is often not secure

Close to the park, apartment size is ok, and got great light.
Cons:
It is not well maintained, pest control is non existent, and the owner is very unresponsize.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new manager and super.
