    Nice building, close to subway
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    3 apartments for 4 floors. Not too much foot traffic. Good kitchen sizes with nice appliances. Close to the subway.
    Cons:
    Sometimes a little loud outside, but usually resolves quickly.
