    No major catastrophes

    Pros:
    Great location. Landlord was generally friendly, helpful, and not overbearing. Very, very large bedrooms
    Cons:
    The renovation is superficial, and the underlying structure is kind of rotting. The floor is collapsing in some places and cockroaches can become a problem.
    Advice to owner:
    Improved wiring would help ensure the safety of all of the tenants.
