    Landlord is horrible location is the best thing about this place

    He fixes nothing
    Rodent infested
    Landlord not cooperative
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of your tenants.. you need to start fixing stuff updating stuff.. covid is around and you didn’t even offer payment plan a month free nothing. Control the rodents...... tons of leaking pipes you do nothing. Taking money is one thing but be more pro active
