Has most the basics, but be aware of the bar across the street

Pros:
Rent stabilized, neighbors are all pretty nice. Laundry in building and small gym.
Cons:
No elevator, being on the 3rd floor is doable but I do not envy those on the top floor. Building has two models, 1 bdr and upwards of 3 bdr. The 1 bdr is tiny, but if it’s just you and you don’t have a ton of stuff it is fine in the short term. The worst part is the busy street (all Brooklyn streets are loud though) but the bar directly across the street is LOUD. Summers nights are unbearable and where I got the least amount of sleep. Although there is a super, they don’t do much maintenance for the units itself. I had a toilet clog once and never got any response from building owner and had to pay a connector out of pocket.
Advice to owner:
Have more contact information on how to reach the or the super for maintenancer issue.

Pros:
Landlord is super responsive- all issues have been addressed almost immediately. Laundry chute is convenient.
Cons:
Mold in the washing machines. Stairwell desperately needs a deep clean - apartment wasn’t cleaned prior to move in either. If you have a view of Rogers, you will also be getting all of the noise from the bar across the street. If you have a view of Lenox, you will be getting all the music from the smoothie place. Walls are very thin.
