    New building nice communal areas
    Cons:
    Nothing is done about issues, smoking in the building, loud music

    A well taken care of building, but very expensive for the area

    Cons:
    Amenities being closed after a certain time despite being paid for. Exorbitant prices to rent spaces for party use.
    Advice to owner:
    Lower your rates for the open spaces, it would get used way more often.
