    It was clean and spacious and neighbors were lovely
    Cons:
    Maintenance ignored us Everytime and there were safety violations

    Building in foreclosure, receiver hostile to tenants

    Apartment itself is great. Neighbors are great - real community feeling

    No certificates of occupancy so no rent needs to be paid
    Cons:
    Wiring not up to code - had electrical fire and receiver wouldn't even reply to our messages about it.

    Ignored us when kitchen sink leaking

    Elevator constantly out of service, often with tenants trapped inside
    Advice to owner:
    Stop breaking the law and putting your tenants in danger
