Apartment itself is great. Neighbors are great - real community feeling No certificates of occupancy so no rent needs to be paid

Wiring not up to code - had electrical fire and receiver wouldn't even reply to our messages about it. Ignored us when kitchen sink leaking Elevator constantly out of service, often with tenants trapped inside
