Spacious living space for NYC
Cons:
Pest issues including huge roaches and mice. Although the former neighbor's cat help mitigate the mice issue. Backyard area is small. Constant break-ins.

Cons:
Buzzer doesn’t work and isn’t getting fixed. Roof construction beginning before 8am. No notice to tenants about when roof construction begins. Elevator is slow
