Avoid if you’re scared of pests

Extra large apartments for the price
Super and landlord are responsive
Cons:
Terrible cockroach problem
Rats and mice
Overall pests in building is awful
Super not helpful on weekends
Advice to owner:
The pest problem is awful, but I’m not sure what the owner could do.

Proximity to prospect park and amazing food in neighborhood!
Cons:
Block is loud and riddled with rats
Advice to owner:
Please remodel building and work on pest problems
