    really great neighborhood
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    friendly neighborhoods and building kept pretty clean, this was a nice place to live for the most part
    Cons:
    horrible issues with pests in the summer time and the trash is always overflowing because people don’t want to walk a few steps to the empty trash cans
