    Pros:
    - in unit washer/dryer
    - spacious living area
    - nice area
    Cons:
    Above an event space that is very loud multiple nights a week. Overall no large complaints while living there. Trying to get our security deposit back has been a mess with them unlawfully holding it and refusing to return it.

    Please be more professional and respond to your tenants
