    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It’s cheap and people here always asking for handouts
    Cons:
    Building is slowing falling apart. Leak every now and then from the 4th floor. Maintenance always takes years to make a appointment.
    Advice to owner:
    Do your job !!!!!
