    DECENT BUILDING BUT NEEDS WORK

    •convenient location
    •building size/number of units
    •good size apartment/layout
    •washer/dryer in unit
    Cons:
    •unkempt common areas
    •very thin walls
    •loud/noisy neighbors
    •unqualified super (currently)
    •cheap appliances and finishings
    Advice to owner:
    A more qualified super needs to be hired.

    People break in and use the amenities plus magnet is mean and you’ll never get your security deposit back
