Cockroaches - no pest control for approx 3 months this summer. Residents have to reserve pest control with management weekly. Flooding - the basement flooded and my apartment flooded during winter storms. Water tank was replaced but water pressure and heat has been worse since. Amenities - gym and cellar facilities were out of use for significant part of winter. Pool - season pass for pool is $700 (up from $250 in 2025). It’s per household with no discount for studios or single occupancy. Elevators - at least 1 is always out of use. Only 1 of 4 elevators in order at times. Very long lines. Trash management and general cleanliness could improve. Very slow response times from management.
