it is okay

Pros

- landlord is pretty responsive (typically gets back to me and fixes things within 24 hours - my unit is rent stabilized so I’m inclined to live here a while - location is really great

Cons

- neighbors leave trash in the hallways. if they would just take it outside in the bins, we would have much less pests inside the building - heat went out last winter but once they replaced the boiler it works again
