* A lot of sunlight * Most work days no one is in the gym or shared areas so you can have them to yourself * In between two train stations (2& 5 and Q&B). That made a HUGE difference when for most of last year the Q&B lines weren't running due to construction
Cons:
During the summer there are very big, fast, and scary looking centipedes. As soon as June starts they suddenly appear. Last year they didn't go away even after getting the exterminator to spray every month. This year they, thankfully, went away after the first few weeks of June. I xterwas on the top floor so it was CRAZY that I was still getting them. The exterminator said they must be in the walls
Also you can hear everything from the street. A lot of ambulances and commercial trucks travel Linden Blvd at night (especially during the summer!!) You will have to adjust to that.
